Return Policy

 

You are eligible for unlimited changes within 6 months from the assignment delivered.

To eligible for free changes, the required changes will be articulate with the initial requirements of the customer.

Any file or document should not be published anywhere.

We will need proof of purchase or receipt.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be done once we will receive proof that the service received is not sufficient towards the requirements of the work as agreed to at the time of placing the order.

We will check the necessary proof provided by you within 7 working days. Meanwhile you will not be allowed to use or issue the item provided by us elsewhere.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund which may take 4-5 business days.
